So, after a long holiday weekend, it’s time to get back to work.  In gearing up for getting back to work, I’ve been hammering away at a scripted installation of ESX.  I’ve never done this before, hopefully it goes well, and is as simple as I hear it is.  The thing of it, is there are so many IPs and specific networking information, hopefully when it’s done running, everything plays well together.  I’ll post my experience at the end of the day tomorrow.

If you’ve done a scripted install, please drop me a note and let me know how it went.  I’m getting ready to deploy 6 new Dell R610s as ESX 4.0 severs and was just looking for a way to be lazy I guess.  Hopefully it doesn’t backfire on me.  We’ll see.
