A fresh Monday morning and a fresh favorite user quote to start off your week. A question asked of me a couple of years ago during a brown bag luncheon for end users in our organization focused on email security and viruses:

I need to email a colleague who is in Colorado Springs but he uses Gmail for his corporate account and we use Outlook. How can I send him an email? Or do I just have to send a letter?

The answer is yes, this was an older user, another tidbit, up until 2008 they still used a typewriter! Vintage.
