I had an urgent email from a user requesting immediate help, it said something like this:

My computer screen just went black, I need a new computer! Help!

After some “deep” troubleshooting, I had come to find out the power strip was off, I clicked it back on and of course the computer booted back up. Today you get a double qoute because this is what they said when the computer started booting back up:

Oh my gosh, how did you do that, you just totally fixed the computer, where did you learn that?

I told them, I learned it in school! Don’t we just love layer one issues?
