There is so much talk about how to be the most marketable candidate in the IT field and how to have an eye-catching, ironclad resume. Is it best to have certifications and experience without a degree? A degree and certifications with little experience? Certifications, experience and a degree? There are already so many posts that have covered this argument inside and out. I’d like to take a different approach to it here. Are there IT skills that are in demand enough for employers to look past the fact that you don’t have a college degree?
